The method is based on the implementation and development for the identification of microorganisms by mass spectrometry to monitor the biodynamic cultivation of mixed cultures . The development of fast, efficient and cost-effective methods for monitoring biodynamics mixed culture which involves the identification and quantification of microorganisms in mixed culture , significantly increases effectiveness of mixed cultures and their general use in industry and biomedicine. It is also opening a new possibility for reduced or rational and efficient use of antibiotics in both medicine and in food production with significantly fewer side effects.
